When will I receive my order?

ClubHub is a bulk ordering facility. ClubHub shops are open for a limited time to collate orders from customers in order to place a bulk order for production of garments.  As such, orders do not commence production until the shop has closed and all orders have been received.  Once the store is closed the bulk order is placed into production. Once complete, the delivery of the bulk order is made directly to your club/school.

In terms of production, the standard lead times are 3-4 weeks for jerseys and 6-7 weeks for bespoke leisurewear, from the date the shop is closed.  Orders placed in the months leading up to Christmas may take longer due to the high level of demand. 

Please note orders are delivered to the school, club or college and not your individual address.  You will be contacted once your order is ready for collection. 

We kindly ask that you refrain from contacting our team for updates regarding your order unless the above time frames have been exceeded.
